1. If you have not done so, click on "Request a card"

3. view the 1 year account administration fee info, then click on "$15.00"
   
   
4. your shopping cart now appears in a new window
   
   
5. view your shopping cart, then click on "Continue Shopping"
   
   
6. click on "Add funds / Check balance"
   
   
7. now click link for "Add funds to my order"
   
   
8. click the dollar amount that will be placed into your account
   
   
9. your shopping cart now appears in a new window
   
   
10. if you are done shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" link
    
    
11. directives will then be provided so you can finalize your purchase
