Ithaca's prepaid taxi transportation card

Thank you for showing interest in Ithaca Dispatch's CabCash card! CabCash is a reusable, prepaid taxi transportation card, accepted by University Taxi Co. Inc., Yellow Cab Co. Inc. and Cayuga Taxi.

You can request a CabCash card....

2) or over the phone by calling us at 607-277-2842

 

3) or by going to our office located at 400 Spencer Road

A yearly account administration fee of $15.00* will be applied to your account. After that it's up to you how much you spend using your CabCash card! Funding your account is accomplished in increments of $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00

Once your CabCash account has been setup and you have added funds to it, your card will arrive in 5-7 business days and be available for immediate use! Overnight shipping may be done for an additional fee, please contact us for that cost.

Ways to add funds to your CabCash card....

2) or call our business office at 607-277-2842 between 9am-5pm Mon-Fri and our staff will assist you.
This number may be used for customer service as well.

 

3) or visit our Corporate office at 400 Spencer Rd, Ithaca, N.Y. 14850 and funds can be added to your CabCash card by either cash, credit, or local check.

Unlike some prepaid cards your card does not lose value if it is lost! Simply call 607-277-2842 and request a replacement card* and you may continue using your funds!

*a small replacement fee is charged for replaced cards

*accounts must be renewed yearly to stay activated

*cards will lose value if deactivated
